Eviroteq provides a 5 year warranty on all parts for all of its geothermal heat pump units. We will exchange any warranted part upon presentation of said defective part. Shipping charges are F.O.B. State College, PA.
Exclusions and Limitations
Cover materials, air coils that can be repaired, and refrigerant are not included as part of the warranty. Water-to-refrigerant heat exchangers are limited to one replacement (If supply water is corrosive, it needs to be treated. If anti-freeze levels are insufficient to keep the water from freezing, such levels will need to be increased.) Service or labor charges are not included.
